To avoid disappointment we recommend that you book early especially for Bank holiday weekends and July and August where Buxton Opera House hosts two major events;

Firstly the Buxton Festival, a “feast of opera, music and literature” (for information visit www.buxtonfestival.co.uk) and the Gilbert & Sullivan festival ( for more information

Our Pricing is split between Summer and Winter Prices. Rates are per room, per night and include our renowned prepared to order breakfast and all taxes.

**For w/c 11th & 18th February 2008 there is a minimum 2 night booking (half term weeks) & weekends, either Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday on Bank Holiday weekends or in July or August.

Cancellation Policy

 In order to secure your booking we take a credit card number and an initial deposit. If cancellation takes place within 5 days of your arrival and we are unable to re-let the room, the booking is charged in full. We advise taking out travel insurance to cover this eventuality.
